Position Details

Location: Maui Brewing Co. Kaʻanapali

Position: Server

Pay Rate

Base Wage: $14.75 per hour + tips

Average total earnings range from $28–$50 per hour, including tips.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service while creating memorable guest experiences.
• Guide guests through the menu by providing knowledgeable recommendations on Maui Brewing Co. beers, cocktails, food offerings, and seasonal specials.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders while ensuring timely and attentive service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining section throughout each shift.
• Work collaboratively with bartenders, hosts, food runners, and kitchen team members to provide seamless service.
• Process guest payments accurately while following company cash handling procedures.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Represent Maui Brewing Co. with professionalism, enthusiasm, and genuine aloha.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous full-service restaurant serving experience preferred.
• Outstanding communication and guest service skills.
• Positive attitude with the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Strong teamwork, organization, and attention to detail.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Additional Information

• TB clearance is required upon hire for all restaurant employees working in food handling positions in the State of Hawaiʻi. If you do not currently have one, documentation and appointment information are available through the Hawaiʻi Department of Health.
