Based at the AAA-four diamond OUTRIGGER Honua Kai Resort and Spa on Maui, the Business Development Director will solicit and recruit owners of condos/vacation rentals and private residences to secure rental management agreements for all OUTRIGGER vacation rental programs on Maui. Network with real estate sales offices and agents, developer sales teams, property homeowner on-site management and any other groups that are knowledgeable and informed in targeted regions where we do business. Where opportunities are present, entertain potential rental program owners in person with food or activities as part of our selling effort letting owners know OUTRIGGER is the vacation rental manager of choice. Work with property GM's, other property team hosts and corporate marketing department to promote our business as well as source information and materials to meet potential owner requested information needs.
Minimum Requirements
5 years experience in Hospitality Industry in areas property operations experience, vacation rental management, real estate sales, and/or sales experience preferred. College degree within Communications, Marketing, Hospitality or Business is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

While base pay starts at $99,000 -108,900, there is potential for a higher salary based on factors such as applicant skill, experience, education.
