Busser/Food Runner

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist servers with providing excellent guest service.
• Clear and clean tables promptly and efficiently.
• Reset tables with clean plates, silverware, glassware, and other necessary items.
• Assist with running food and beverages to guests.
• Refill water and assist with other guest requests as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.
• Assist servers with side work and other tasks as assigned.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and restaurant policies.
• Provide friendly and professional service to all guests.
• Help create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned by restaurant management.

Requirements:

• Excellent hospitality, communication and listening skills
• Ability to work with a team
• Availability to work days, evenings, weekends
• Ability to regularly lift and carry trays
• Must be 16 or older
