Requirements:

Excellent hospitality, communication and listening skills
Ability to work with a team
Availability to work days, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
Ability to regularly lift and carry trays
Must be 18 or older

Essential duties and responsibilities:

Maintain a positive attitude and a warm, friendly manner when interacting with guests and co-workers.
Performs necessary tasks to serve guests and handle all guest requests
Monitors guest needs on a continual basis
Guides the guest through all phases of their experience
Effectively communicates with the kitchen and management team
Assists other personnel with event set up and breakdown as needed.
