CallUSFirst (United Services by Permaco, Inc.) is a 24/7 disaster cleanup and restoration company that has helped customers get back to normal following unexpected events since 1981. 

Position Summary

United Services by Permaco, Inc. is seeking a relationship-focused Restoration Project Manager to lead property-damage projects from the initial customer conversation through completion.

This is a full-cycle sales, estimating, client development, and project management position. You will build client relationships, evaluate property damage, prepare and sell estimates, and remain accountable for the customer experience and financial success of each project.

What You’ll Own

  • Build relationships with property owners, insurance professionals, referral partners, and other clients.
  • Inspect property damage and develop accurate scopes, estimates, proposals, budgets, and schedules.
  • Present solutions, sell the work, and secure contracts, authorizations, change orders, and payments.
  • Guide customers through the restoration process as their primary point of contact.
  • Partner with the Superintendent to coordinate production, subcontractors, materials, quality, and schedule.
  • Monitor documentation, job costs, gross margin, customer satisfaction, and project completion.
  • Participate in the company’s rotating emergency-response schedule.

What We Seek

  • Previous experience in estimating, construction, insurance adjusting, home renovation sales, or other related fields
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong sense of urgency as well as a desire to learn and excel
  • Ability to establish credibility and trust while being compassionate and calming with customers 
  • Deadline and detail orientation; ability to prioritize and effectively manage own time, being adaptable as needed
  • Intermediate computer skills with construction/project management, CRM, estimating software (e.g., Xactimate)
  • A valid driver’s license and the required insurable driving record
