Job Description

As a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Patrol Digital Records in Lake Buena Vista, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a hotel and resort location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service to guests and staff. You will communicate professionally, respond to concerns, and support a welcoming environment while embodying Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, caring, teamwork-driven, and integrity-focused values.

Pay Rate: $17.51 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and team members by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hotel and resort grounds, guest areas, parking facilities, amenities, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and report concerns.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Monitor access points and support visitor management activities in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities through clear and accurate reports, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
