Wetzel's Pretzels - Food Truck Operator/Assistant Manager

Wetzel's Pretzels is looking for an experienced food truck operator to drive and operate our food truck in the Orlando area. When not driving and operating the food truck, this position will work as an assistant manager at our Disney Springs Marketplace location. Responsibilities Include:

• Drive and operate food truck at various events and locations, including setup, service, and breakdown.
• Coordinate event setup and breakdown, ensuring food truck is fully operational, stocked, and prepared before service begins.
• Assist General Manager with the overall operations and financial performance within the store.
• Supervise and lead team members, ensuring efficient service and adherence to Wetzel’s Pretzels’ brand standards.
• Hold guests as highest priority and ensure each guest is highly satisfied with his/her experience.
• Deliver quality food and beverage to each guest according to brand standards and using brand systems.
• Ensure cash handling and sanitation procedures are in place and followed.
• Furnish regular reports to the corporate office.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• A strong desire to grow personally and professionally.
• Problem solving and decision-making skills with the ability to make sound decisions based on analysis, experience, and judgment.

• Must be able to adhere to a schedule and arrive ready to work on time, dressed for the role and ready to act in a professional manner.
• Must be guest-focused with the ability to anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed their expectations.
• Be willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift and/or move a minimum of 10 pounds.
• Other duties as assigned.
