Louisiana Bridge Builders (“LBB”) is designing and building the new I-10 Calcasieu River Bridge in Lake Charles, Louisiana (USA) for the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (LADOTD). LBB will also be responsible for the reconstruction of interstate highway, various structures, ramps, and approaches for a 5.5 mile stretch between I-210 West End and Ryan Street.

Position Purpose/Summary
The Office Manager is committed to supporting Louisiana Bridge Builders by ensuring the efficient, organized, and professional operation of the project office environment. This role supports a large-scale infrastructure project by overseeing administrative operations, coordinating office logistics, managing vendors and supplies, and serving as a central point of contact between project teams, corporate offices, and stakeholders.

This position is based in Lake Charles, LA.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and ordering
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office events, including logistics
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and maintain reception operations
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems for organization and compliance
- Track and support office-related budgets and expenses
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Provide administrative support to staff and leadership
- Ensure office cleanliness, organization, and overall functionality
- Assist with HR coordination such as onboarding, compliance posters, etc.
- Manage vendors and service providers (cleaning, maintenance, etc.)
- Coordinate office projects (outfitting, moves, renovations, IT setups)
- Support scheduling and calendar coordination for leadership as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations for management
- Assist with employee engagement activities and team events
- Performing all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications
At a minimum, the Office Manager must have an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration (or related field) or equivalent experience of 7+ years in office management, administrative assistant, or similar role.
