Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. 10. Demonstrated ability to make immediate decisions in order to determine Penn Play qualifications and admission.

11. Understanding of property and department policies and procedures.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

· Effective verbal communication skills in person and on the telephone.

· Knowledge of credit operations, rules and regulations.

· Knowledge of inter-related department functions such as Cashiers Cage, Collections, and Revenue Audit.

· Proficient in Excel.

· Knowledge of Coupa or other procurement systems.
