What You’ll Be Doing: Â
Production Management
- Supervise daily production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery goals.
- Ensure production schedules are followed and adjust as needed to address issues.
- Monitor workflow, staffing levels, and machine utilization.
- Minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.
Team Leadership & Supervision
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team.
- Assign tasks and ensure proper training of employees.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and workplace standards.
- Hold interviews for candidates interested in production roles.
Quality Control
- Ensure products meet quality specifications and customer requirements.
- Promote adherence to quality management systems and continuous improvement practices.
Health & Safety Compliance
- Enforce workplace safety standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections.
- Investigate incidents and implement preventive measures.
 Hours:Â
- 2nd Shift – 3:00 pm to 1:30 am, Monday–Thursday (Fridays as needed)Â

Requirements
 Technical Skill Requirements:Â
- Knowledge of metalworking industry, equipment, and processes.Â
- General knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements.Â
- Familiarity with business system software.Â
- Office systems software – word processing, spreadsheets.Â
Performance Skill Requirements:Â
- Managing internal and external relationshipsÂ
- Problem analysis/solvingÂ
