As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a reliable, detail‑oriented Office Administrator to support our daily operations and help keep our office running smoothly.

Day in the Life

As an Office Administrator, you will be a key part of our Lake City office team. You’ll support office operations, assist customers, and work closely with our technicians and leadership team to ensure efficiency and professionalism throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative tasks and general office operations
  • Assist with scheduling service appointments and coordinating technician dispatch
  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person
  • Enter payments and maintain accurate customer and business records
  • Process work orders, billing, and documentation
  • Support internal teams with reports, communication, and administrative needs
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
