Position Overview The Senior Analyst – Business Data & Systems is a high-impact role at the intersection of financial analysis, business intelligence, and systems management. Reporting to the VP of FP&A, this position will own Walters’ financial technology ecosystem and data infrastructure, while also delivering actionable insights and executive-level reporting that supports strategic decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both technical systems work and business analysis—from managing integrations and databases to building dashboards and financial models. Key Responsibilities Financial Systems & Technology Management Administer and optimize Walters’ financial technology stack including Sage Intacct, Planful, Celigo, Calendly, Tripleseat, Ramp, Corrigo, and Paycom Manage and maintain system integrations and data flows using Celigo Serve as the internal subject matter expert for financial systems Lead evaluation and implementation of future data and analytics tools (Snowflake, Sigma, Power BI) Develop and maintain system documentation and data standards Partner with vendors and consultants for system upgrades and implementations Provide recommendations to leadership on technology investments and system improvements Data Analysis & Business Intelligence Build and maintain executive dashboards and automated reporting Analyze revenue trends, cost structures, venue-level profitability, and key performance indicators Develop financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning Deliver data-driven presentations and insights to leadership and operations teams Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting platforms Strategic Data Leadership Partner with teams across operations, sales, marketing, and construction to deliver reporting solutions Promote a data-driven culture and improve reporting accessibility across the organization Stay current on trends in financial technology and business intelligence Contribute to the company’s long-term data strategy, governance, and scalability Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field 5+ years of experience in financial/data analysis combined with systems administration or data engineering Experience with financial systems (Sage, NetSuite, or similar ERP/CPM platforms) Experience with integration platforms such as Celigo, Workato, MuleSoft, or similar Strong knowledge of SQL and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, etc.) Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills including financial modeling Ability to translate complex data into clear executive-level insights Strong project management and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in hospitality, events, food & beverage, or multi-unit service environments Certifications such as: Sage Intacct Certified Snowflake SnowPro Tableau Desktop Specialist Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Experience with modern cloud data platforms Familiarity with Python or R for data automation Experience building data infrastructure in high-growth companies What Makes This Role Unique Opportunity to build and shape the company’s data infrastructure Direct exposure to executive leadership and strategic decision-making Work across multiple business functions in a fast-growing hospitality platform Combine technology, finance, and business strategy in one role Apply Today If you’re passionate about data, systems, and financial insights and want to help shape the future of a rapidly growing hospitality company, we encourage you to apply.
