About the Role:
Speedy Lube LLC is looking for a motivated Lube Technician to join our fast-paced team in Lake Elsinore, CA! This is a great opportunity to kick-start or grow your automotive career in a supportive, hands-on environment where your work keeps customers rolling down the road with confidence.
Responsibilities:
- Perform oil and filter changes efficiently and accurately on a variety of vehicle makes and models
- Inspect and top off fluids including coolant, transmission fluid, brake fluid, and windshield washer fluid
- Check and adjust tire pressure and inspect wiper blades, air filters, and belts
- Lubricate chassis components and perform basic preventative maintenance services
- Communicate vehicle inspection findings and recommend additional services to customers
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work bay in compliance with shop standards
- Work as part of a team to meet service time goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a lube technician or in an automotive service role preferred, but not required
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and automotive systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
