Our Community Manager Assistants play a crucial role in fostering a sense of community within our managed properties. Such responsibilities include:Â
- Act as a liaison between residents and the property management team, addressing concerns, organizing community events, and promoting a positive living environment.Â
- Assist in day-to-day operations, including managing inquiries, maintaining records, and coordinating property-related communications. Â
- Help curate and maintain social media platforms to promote community events, share updates, and engage with residents online. Â
- Collaborate with the Community Manager to ensure effective communication channels between residents, management, and other stakeholders. Â
- High School Diploma or GEDÂ
- Minimum one year experience in customer serviceÂ
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient levelÂ
- Knowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.) at a proficient levelÂ
- Knowledge of customer service best practices and conflict resolution techniques at a proficient levelÂ
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in the performance of all duties and responsibilities.Â
- Able to prioritize, manage time, and meet deadlines. Â
- Able to interpret verbal and/or written instructions at a proficient level.Â
