Job Description

As a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver in Foothill Ranch, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to visitors and tenants. Pay Rate: $19.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or retail staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout retail common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Monitor access points and help maintain orderly movement of visitors, deliveries, and/or vendors in accordance with site requirements.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activity accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
