Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Create and post journal entries and accruals for month end responsibilities
  • Significant interaction with manufacturing and warehousing throughout the month
  • Perform account reconciliations for related accounts
  • Assist in ERP integration efforts
  • Report on inventory metrics at locations, i.e. reserves, cycle counts, etc.
  • Assist with non-PO research in invoicing systems
  • Create presentations/worksheets for executive status updates
  • Possible travel to manufacturing and warehousing locations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • SAP or other ERP experience a plus
  • 2+ years of operations accounting and/or inventory experience
  • Ability to effectively interact with manufacturing, business units and other departments

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $66,800-$111,400 + bonus + benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. At Novolex, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
