Quality Technician

Quality Technician (2^nd or 3^rd Shift)
Medicoil | Lake Geneva, WI

2^nd shift hours: Monday – Friday from 2:30 pm to 11:00pm OR 3:30 pm to 12:00 am

3^rd shift hours: Sunday – Thursday from 10 pm to 6:30 am

Medicoil is growing and looking to add a detail-oriented Quality Technician on 2nd or 3rd shift. This role is key to ensuring our products meet high quality standards. If you have quality inspection experience and enjoy working in a manufacturing environment, we’d love to connect.

What you’ll do:

• Perform first piece, in-process, and final inspections
• Conduct visual, optical, and dimensional inspections
• Use measurement tools and testing equipment to verify specifications
• Complete SPC charting and maintain accurate inspection records
• Document results clearly and assist with inspection documentation
• Identify and report non-conforming materials
• Support troubleshooting of inspection and testing results
• Follow ISO 13485 standards and internal procedures
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

What we’re looking for:

• Quality inspection experience in manufacturing preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and work instructions
• Experience with measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

Education & experience:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Manufacturing experience preferred

Physical requirements:

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
