As a Part Time Waterpark Attendant at Timber Ridge Lodge & Waterpark, you’ll play a vital role in creating a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests and their families. Your mission will be to enforce rules, supervise the Waterpark, and actively prevent accidents.

Tucked within historic Lake Geneva, Timber Ridge Lodge at the Grand Geneva Resort, is the only all-season, all-suite, destination of its kind in the Midwest. Featuring 50,000 square feet of year-round, indoor/outdoor waterpark excitement, Timber Ridge Lodge is a family bonding adventure that’s soaked in memories. Just 90 minutes from Chicago and 50 minutes from Milwaukee, this property is also home to two championship golf courses, WELL Spa and fitness center, Mountain Top Ski Park, award-winning restaurants, and 1300 acres of picturesque grounds.  

What you will be doing:  

  • Greet and assist guests entering the pool area; monitor facility and patron conduct.
  • Enforce rules and supervise guests to maintain a safe environment.
  • Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks as assigned.
  • Report damages to facilities, attractions, or equipment to supervisors.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries or concerns.
  • Ensure proper use of wristbands and access points to promote safety and enjoyment.
  • Offer directions and information about the property and surrounding area.
  • Support emergency response staff and complete other duties as directed.

What we are looking for: 

  • Must be able to work varied schedules, including weekends, holidays, and under pressure.
  • Minimum 8th-grade education preferred; must be at least 16 years old.
  • Ability to follow directions and perform tasks with limited supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to assist and interact with guests and patrons.
  • Capable of supervising activities, enforcing rules, and giving clear directions.
  • Basic English proficiency for reading, writing, and effective communication.
  • Critical thinking skills to make independent and sound decisions.
  • Able to work independently or with a team to oversee facility activity and handle emergencies.
