What You’ll Do: Sales & Customer Experience Leadership Lead from the floor with energy and optimism, actively selling while setting expectations for the Lovesac selling process, maintaining a strong quote pipeline, and driving consistent quote reviews. Own the full customer journey with curiosity and adaptability, setting the standard, using insights to guide performance, and holding the team accountable to convert, deliver exceptional service, and build lasting client relationships. Staying curious and flexible, you will take on additional priorities and special projects to keep the store, team, and brand continuing to grow. QualificationsRequirements: 18 years of age or older. Minimum of 2 years of management experience in a retail environment. Must regularly work during high-traffic and peak selling periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights, to ensure you capitalize on demand, outperform goals, and maximize your earnings. Able to effectively utilize technology for sales and customer support including demonstrating products, assisting customers and utilizing internal CRM systems to enhance customer experience and drive future outreach. Must be able to travel, as required by the Company in its sole discretion, to local stores, third-party vendors and occasional meetings including our annual company event using various forms of transportation. Demonstrate excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in managing financial transactions, handling sensitive business and customer data, customer privacy and ensuring the comfort and safety of persons and property. Effective communication skills and ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational manner. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift. Must be able to move objects (including medium to large furniture items up to 75 pounds) from a lower to a higher position or horizontally from position-to-position and be able to assemble furniture while working on the selling floor. This position regularly requires the following actions: bending, twisting, kneeling, reaching, stooping, crawling, and climbing. They will be paid 1 1/2 times their regular rate for any hours worked over 40 hours in a work week. In addition, they will be eligible to receive 8 paid company recognized holidays and will be paid 1 1/2 times their regular rate for any hours worked on these holidays.
