What You'll Do
As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll help create an exceptional service experience by:
- Greeting customers and building lasting relationships
- Listening to customer concerns and recommending appropriate services
- Explaining repairs in clear, easy-to-understand language
- Preparing estimates and communicating repair options
- Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process
- Coordinating with technicians to ensure repairs stay on schedule
- Delivering vehicles with confidence and professionalism
- Helping maintain an organized, efficient front office
