We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join an outpatient pediatric clinic in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to support children in developing the skills needed for daily living, including fine motor coordination, sensory processing, and functional independence. You will provide engaging, play-based therapy while collaborating closely with families to support each child’s development. Job Responsibilities:
• Assist in implementing occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Guide pediatric patients through therapeutic activities focused on fine motor skills, sensory integration, and daily living skills
• Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the supervising Occupational Therapist
• Educate parents and caregivers on home programs and carryover techniques
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and patient progress
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards

Requirements
• Active state license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Minimum of 6 months of recent COTA experience within the last 5 years preferred
• Experience in an outpatient pediatric setting is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills when working with children and families
