What You’ll Do (The Big Picture)

As a key member of our plumbing team, you’ll diagnose, repair, install, and maintain residential plumbing systems while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You won’t just solve plumbing issues—you’ll help customers make informed decisions to protect and improve their homes.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment
• Perform plumbing installations, replacements, and upgrades
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, and installation teams
• Educate customers on repair and replacement options
• Keep your company truck clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Accurately complete service documentation
• Participate in an on-call rotation
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
• Attend ongoing training to sharpen your skills and advance your career
• Maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
