As our Install Coordinator, you are the operational hub of the installation department. You keep jobs moving, installers prepared, customers informed, and details from slipping through the cracks. When things get busy (and they do), you stay calm, organized, and focused on solutions.
This role is fast-paced, demanding, and extremely rewarding. You’ll end each day knowing your work directly impacted the success of the department and the customer experience.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Coordinating and scheduling installation jobs in a high-volume environment
- Managing multiple priorities at once while keeping accuracy and professionalism
- Maintaining constant communication with installers, dispatch, parts, and leadership
- Proactively contacting customers to schedule, confirm, and update installations
- Preparing installers with the information, materials, and support they need to succeed
- Completing and maintaining accurate paperwork and documentation
- Problem-solving on the fly when schedules shift or challenges arise
- Participating in ongoing training to continue growing your skills and confidence

Desired Skills & Experience
- At least 1 year of experience demonstrating strong organizational skills
- Comfortable with typing, data entry, and working in multiple systems
- Experience in coordination, scheduling, or operations is a plus (but not required)
- Willingness to learn and grow in a demanding role
