We are seeking a distinguished RN leader to serve as the Manager of Emergency Services. In our Emergency Department, we prioritize an exceptional balance of high-acuity clinical excellence and a deeply rooted culture of professional camaraderie. How you’ll contribute 

A ED Manager who excels in this role:

  • Assists with developing specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization.

  • Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management. Performs and oversees scheduling, staff development, recruitment, payroll, and student engagements.

  • Assesses the quality of patient care delivered and coordinates patient care services with patients, staff, physicians, and other departments. May provide patient care when necessary.

  • Creates and fosters an environment that encourages professional growth.

What we’re looking for 

Applicants should have a current Arizona RN license and possess a Bachelor of Science (BSN) from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

  • Education: Master’s degree (nursing or relevant field) preferred

  • Certifications: BCLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and Handle with Care within 6 months of hire/transfer

  • Experience: Emergency Department nursing required. Proven leadership experience in the Emergency Department preferred.
