We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join an outpatient pediatric clinic in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. This role focuses on helping children develop the skills needed for daily living, including fine motor coordination, sensory processing, and functional independence. You will work with a diverse pediatric population in a clinic setting, using play-based and evidence-based interventions while collaborating closely with families. Job Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with developmental, sensory, and functional challenges
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each child’s needs
• Use play-based therapy techniques to improve fine motor skills, sensory integration, and daily living abilities
• Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers on home strategies and carryover techniques
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and patient progress




Requirements

• Active state license as an Occupational Therapist in Arizona
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Minimum of 6 months of recent pediatric or OT experience within the last 5 years preferred
• Experience in an outpatient pediatric setting is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills when working with children and families
