We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) with pediatric experience to join a reputable outpatient clinic Lake Havasu City, Arizona. This is a rewarding opportunity to grow your clinical expertise while helping children improve mobility, build strength, and reach meaningful developmental milestones. In this role, you will evaluate and treat a diverse pediatric population, designing individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that support motor development, functional independence, and overall quality of life. You will work closely with families and caregivers to promote carryover at home and ensure steady progress toward therapy goals. Responsibilities
• Apply strong clinical reasoning to evaluate pediatric patients, determine diagnoses, and develop individualized plans of care based on physician      referrals and clinical findings 
• Demonstrate age-appropriate clinical competencies across a pediatric population, adjusting treatment techniques to meet each child’s developmental level and specific needs
• Implement evidence-based intervention strategies and modify treatment plans as needed based on patient response and measurable progress
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with state regulations and clinic standards
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure carryover of skills outside of therapy sessions and promote optimal functional outcomes

Requirements

• Active state license as a Physical Therapist
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Minimum of 6 months of relevant PT experience within the last 5 years
