Your Role: As a Product Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind our success. Key Responsibilities:   Greet customers and understand their vehicle needs and preferences. Explain vehicle features, advantages and benefits, and warranties. Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives Follow up with customers before and after the sale to ensure satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and new vehicle models. Complete sales paperwork accurately and in compliance with dealership policies. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
