Assistant Manager in Training - Lake in the Hills

Job description:
The EVERCLEAN Assistant Manager will perform a wide range of responsibilities including employee management and training, sales and marketing, and general car wash operations. The Assistant Manager reports directly to the Club Manager.

Description

• Perform each role in the operation with exemplary excellence
• Serve the customer well and create “WOW” experiences
• Ability to handle high volumes of clients with exceptional and personal service
• Train and motivate employees to achieve their highest potential
• Promote and sell monthly memberships
• Identify problems/trends and recommend proactive or remedial actions
• Maintain housekeeping standards and site cleanliness
• Ability to stand, work, and interact with customers in extreme temperatures. Primarily works in an outdoor environment year round. Winter is busy season.
• No car wash experience needed.

Salary
$40,000
Starting salary is for training period. Bonus potential once training period is complete.
