Reporting to the Dean of the Division of Business, Technology, and Online Program, this position teaches in Bachelor of Applied Technology program in Industrial Management;   develops and teaches upper division operations management courses and other courses as needed using both traditional and alternative delivery methods; prepares curriculum, including writing syllabi, developing new courses, selecting textbooks, etc.; assists in the advisement and recruiting of students; serves on various assigned college committees; supports the Division’s student success initiatives.    Qualifications  Minimum Qualifications: Doctorate degree in the discipline from a regionally accredited college or university or a masters degree in the discipline with a completion of doctorate within five years; Demonstrated evidence of successful teaching experience; Demonstrated ability in working with culturally diverse populations; Excellent written and oral communication skills; Other qualities, experiences, and skills that enhance one's value to the institution; Exceptional employment or educational qualifications may be given special consideration as long as minimum educational credentials are met.       Preferred Qualifications: Graduate hours in management/organizational behavior and operations management subjects, production planning and control, quantitative methods or applied statistics, project management or related subjects; Management employment experience within the manufacturing industry; Demonstrated evidence of successful teaching experience with non-traditional students and applied management coursework; Experience developing and delivering online courses; Experience in promoting of and/or recruiting for academic programs.
