Customer Service Manager

Compensation: $70,000–$80,000 annually + bonus incentivesÂ

What You’ll DoÂ
- Lead daily operations of a high-volume mental health clinicÂ
- Coach, develop, and hold teams accountable to service and performance standardsÂ
- Ensure patient experiences are welcoming, efficient, and professionalÂ
- Oversee scheduling, patient flow, and clinic workflowÂ
- Monitor and improve KPIs related to volume, efficiency, and experienceÂ

What We’re Looking ForÂ
- 10+ years of management experience managing 30+ employees
- Proven ability to manage KPIs and have direct performance conversationsÂ
- Strong communication skills with both people and dataÂ
- Ability to lead confidently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented settingÂ

- Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, hospitality, or service leadershipÂ
- Customer experience or relationship-based sales backgroundÂ
- Experience leading teams through growth or changeÂ
