Perform Drug Utilization Review and Pre-verification workflow steps while supporting clinical initiatives (e.g.: MTM, adherence programs, and other initiatives to improve patient outcomes) in a centralized, closed-door pharmacy setting. Ensure the highest quality, accuracy, and efficiency is maintained in the delivery of patient prescriptions throughout the customer experience and interaction with the host pharmacy. Direct technicians in the areas of accuracy, workflow, KHC activities. Perform and oversee the associated record keeping activities.
