We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist to join our Fund/Client Accounting team. This role is located in Lake Mary, Florida (4 days in office expectations per week).

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Assists in conducting accounting services on behalf of assigned clients and funds, including driving service improvement plans, targeting efficiencies, enhancing processes, and specialist review functions
  • Under supervision, performs more routine Fund/Client Accounting responsibilities in the areas of driving service improvement plans, targeting efficiencies, enhancing processes, and specialist review functions
  • Responsible for cash and asset reconciliations related to assigned funds and reconciles account expenses to ensure they are allocated appropriately
  • Prepares first draft reports for clients regarding the performance of the fund and may assist in answering questions from clients regarding fund reports and accounting processes

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
  • 0-3 years of total work experience preferred
  • Experience in accounting preferred
  • May have people management responsibilities in some geographies

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award.
