Del-Air is looking for an Inside Sales Consultant to join our team and be the voice that connects customers with the right solutions for their home.

As an Inside Sales Consultant, you’ll:
Connect with customers through inbound and outbound calls
Listen to customer needs and uncover sales opportunities
Recommend products and services that solve real customer needs
Upsell and maximize sales opportunities
Meet or exceed sales goals and call center metrics
Schedule appointments for our field teams
Build strong customer relationships and deliver an exceptional experience
Stay up to date on our products, services, and promotions

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for someone who is:
✅ Confident and comfortable on the phone
✅ A strong communicator and active listener
✅ Competitive and goal-oriented
✅ Calm under pressure and great at handling challenging conversations
✅ Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
✅ Customer-focused with a positive attitude
✅ Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems

2+ years of successful inside sales experience is preferred. HVAC, plumbing, air quality, or home services experience is a BIG plus!

 High school diploma or equivalent required
Spanish-speaking skills preferred
️ Applicable military experience is welcome!
