What You’ll Do:
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and records across all systemsÂ
- Oversee product flow from receiving through scheduling, routing, and delivery preparationÂ
- Track and verify daily incoming appliances and outgoing deliveriesÂ
- Perform routine cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracyÂ
- Coordinate and monitor vendor returnsÂ
- Build strong working relationships with vendors and internal teamsÂ
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouseÂ
- Operate forklifts, squeeze clamp trucks, and picker equipment as neededÂ
- Support annual physical inventory and ongoing process improvementsÂ
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communicator who works well with warehouse staff, sales, purchasing, and scheduling teamsÂ
- Solid understanding of inventory control and warehouse operationsÂ
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning internal inventory systemsÂ
- Highly organized with strong attention to detailÂ
- Self-starter who can work independently and take initiativeÂ
- Ability to perform basic math for inventory tracking and shipmentsÂ
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent requiredÂ
- Experience with computerized inventory systems requiredÂ
- Forklift, squeeze clamp, and picker certifications a plusÂ
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move appliances (up to 50 lbs)Â
- Ability to work on your feet and navigate warehouse storage areas (high and low)Â
