What You’ll Do:

Maintain accurate inventory levels and records across all systems
Oversee product flow from receiving through scheduling, routing, and delivery preparation
Track and verify daily incoming appliances and outgoing deliveries
Perform routine cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy
Coordinate and monitor vendor returns
Build strong working relationships with vendors and internal teams
Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse
Operate forklifts, squeeze clamp trucks, and picker equipment as needed
Support annual physical inventory and ongoing process improvements

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communicator who works well with warehouse staff, sales, purchasing, and scheduling teams
Solid understanding of inventory control and warehouse operations
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning internal inventory systems
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Self-starter who can work independently and take initiative
Ability to perform basic math for inventory tracking and shipments

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience with computerized inventory systems required
Forklift, squeeze clamp, and picker certifications a plus

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and move appliances (up to 50 lbs)
Ability to work on your feet and navigate warehouse storage areas (high and low)
