Hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm (Monday - Thursday)

Job security is high since they are a part of the medical industry and offer benefits in a steady (not fast) work environment. This is a 1st shift position located in Lake Mills, IA.
CNC Router Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Conduct operations in a safe and efficient manner
- Set up, operate, and maintain CNC equipment (routers, lathes, milling machines, saws)
- Read and apply shop orders, drawings, and other work instructions
- Utilize measuring tools to ensure conformance to specifications
- Maintain record keeping of orders
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Participate in department improvement activities
CNC Router Requirements:
- 1-2 years of CNC experience
- Teamwork approach
- Punctuality, dependability, and reliable attendance
- Good communication skills
- Ability to receive and comprehend instructions and other communications
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to utilize computers and technology to complete work orders
