Job Summary:

We are seeking a part time bartender to join our exceptional team. This position will work behind the bar in our indoor and outdoor settings to serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to our guests. Bartenders will provide excellent customer service and build rapport with guests to create a positive and fun atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and engage guests in a timely and friendly manner providing exceptional customer service
ID customers as needed
Pour beer, wine and other beverages correctly
Mix traditional and creative cocktails and make suggestions based on guest tastes and preferences
Ensure the bar is stocked with all items needed
Sanitize all surfaces in the bar area at the end of each shift, and keep clean and tidy throughout
At the end of each shift return inventory to locked cabinets
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent qualification
Must be at least 21 years of age
Prior experience in a similar or related position (e.g. hospitality or food and beverage)
Bartending certification is preferred; if not training will be provided
Knowledge of bartending skills along with applicable laws and regulations
Excellent customer service skills and positive attitude
Strong verbal communication and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Must be able to work cooperatively and efficiently as part of a team
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, holidays and weekends
Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts and lift at least 20 pounds
