As an Esthetician, you'll play an important role in delivering personalized skincare treatments, educating guests on proper skincare regimens, and contributing to the overall success of our spa operation.

Position Overview

As a Licensed Esthetician, you will provide exceptional skincare treatments while delivering a relaxing, personalized spa experience for every guest. You'll conduct skin analyses, recommend customized treatment plans, perform advanced skincare services, and educate guests on products and services that support their wellness goals.

Your expertise, professionalism, and passion for guest care will help create memorable spa experiences that keep guests returning to The Spa at The Lodge of Four Seasons.

What You'll Do

Guest Care & Consultation

• Welcome guests and conduct thorough consultations to understand skincare goals and concerns
• Perform skin analyses and recommend personalized treatment plans
• Educate guests on skincare routines, treatment options, and product recommendations
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the guest experience

Esthetic Services

• Perform customized facial treatments, including cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, masks, hydration treatments, and facial massage
• Perform chemical peels, enzyme treatments, microdermabrasion, and dermaplaning services
• Educate guests regarding contraindications and post-treatment care
• Provide facial waxing services, including brow shaping and facial hair removal
• Apply makeup and provide makeup consultations as requested
• Recommend and retail skincare products that support guest treatment goals

Spa Operations

• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary treatment environment
• Properly sanitize and sterilize tools, equipment, and treatment rooms
• Assist guests with locker room amenities and spa facilities as needed
• Maintain treatment room inventory and restock supplies
• Follow all cash handling, appointment scheduling, and spa procedures
• Collaborate with fellow spa professionals and resort team members to create an exceptional guest experience

What We're Looking For

• Current Missouri Esthetician License required
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Previous spa, salon, resort, or wellness experience preferred
• Knowledge of advanced skincare treatments including chemical peels, enzyme treatments, microdermabrasion, and dermaplaning
• Strong retail sales and product recommendation skills
• Excellent communication, consultation, and guest service abilities
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced spa environment
• Experience with appointment scheduling and cash handling preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as business needs require
• Hepatitis A vaccination required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday
• Ability to perform esthetic services requiring repetitive hand and arm movements
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Ability to move throughout the spa and resort environment as needed
