Join our CALO program supporting adolescents and youth in a structured therapeutic environment. As a Youth Transportation Driver, you'll safely transport students to appointments, admissions, discharges, school-related activities, and other program needs while helping keep daily campus operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys driving, staying organized, and working as part of a team that supports youth behavioral health services.Responsibilities
- Safely transport adolescents to medical appointments, admissions, discharges, community activities, and other scheduled destinations.
- Coordinate daily transportation schedules and routes to ensure students arrive on time.
- Maintain accurate transportation records, schedules, and related documentation.
- Communicate with residential, clinical, academic, and operations teams regarding transportation needs.
- Assist with inventory, supplies, and other operational support tasks as needed.
- Monitor vehicle readiness and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns.
- Help ensure transportation activities follow program policies and safety requirements.
Qualifications
- Must meet all requirements to transport adolescent clients and operate company vehicles, including maintaining a valid driver's license and an acceptable motor vehicle record.
- High school diploma or GED required; additional education preferred.
- Experience in transportation, driving, scheduling, logistics, healthcare, education, or residential programs preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in an adolescent residential treatment setting.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records.
