The Position
The Lead Restoration Technician is a working crew leader responsible for leading projects while working alongside the team.Â
Our services include mold remediation, water damage restoration, crawlspace moisture control, air duct and dryer vent cleaning, and other residential and commercial restoration services.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead and work alongside technicians in the field
- Manage job quality, productivity, safety, and documentation
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Maintain assigned company vehicles, tools, and equipment
- Train and support technicians on your crew
- Participate in our emergency response rotation as scheduled
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in restoration, home services, construction, maintenance, or a related field
- Leadership or crew-lead experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, professional, and willing to learn
- Comfortable using smartphones and digital job documentation
- Ability to perform physical work and lift up to 75 lbs.
- Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
