**Pool Construction Company Hiring Salesperson**

Commission-based pay with strong earning potential

We are a small, growing pool construction company looking for a motivated **Pool Salesperson** to join our team.

Responsibilities:

- Meet with homeowners interested in building a pool

- Explain pool construction options, features, and pricing

- Provide estimates and follow up with customers

- Help customers choose designs, finishes, and upgrades

- Work with our construction team to make sure projects are sold clearly and accurately

- Build strong customer relationships

Requirements:

- Sales experience preferred

- Pool, construction, landscaping, or home improvement experience is a plus

- **Experience with Pool Studio is a plus**

- Good communication and customer service skills

- Reliable, professional, and self-motivated

- Must have transportation

- Comfortable meeting customers in person and over the phone
