Public Space Attendant - PM

Description

The Grandview Lake Placid, managed by Essex Hotel Management, is currently seeking a DRIVEN Public Space Attendant.

As a Public Space Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our public spaces are clean, safe, and welcoming for all visitors. 

Responsibilities:

- Clean and maintain public spaces, including restrooms, lobbies, and outdoor areas

- Ensure that all areas are free of debris, trash, and other hazards

- Monitor public spaces for safety concerns and report any issues to management

- Provide excellent customer service to visitors and guests

- Assist with set-up and breakdown of events and activities in public spaces

- Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping work preferred

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Ability to lift and move heavy objects

- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
