Customer Service Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Manager to lead and support our customer service team in Lake St. Louis. Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the customer service team to ensure high-quality service and responsiveness
• Schedule and coordinate customer service requests
• Communicate clearly and efficiently with customers through phone, text, and email
• Follow up on missed service payments as needed
• Oversee and review technicians’ daily schedules to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency
• Track customer concerns and escalate unresolved issues appropriately
• Maintain accurate customer records and notes in CRM systems
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure service requests are fulfilled promptly
• Uphold company values through professionalism, teamwork, and a positive attitude
Qualifications
Required:
• 2–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a service-based industry
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and scheduling tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, team-oriented mindset
Preferred:
• Experience in the lawn care, irrigation, or landscaping industry
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar software
Schedule & Additional Requirements
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Occasional Saturdays may be required
• This position is on-site in Lake St. Louis, MO
