Home Health Aide (HHA)

Now Hiring for Full Time or Part Time the day shift - 7:00am-3:15pm or evening shift - 3:00pm-11:15pm!


Parker Jewish Institute for Health Care and Rehabilitation is seeking full time and part time Home Health Aides (HHAs) who are looking for a consistent schedule within a professional, caring and team-based environment. We would like to speak with those with a passion for working with seniors! You'll be patient, courteous and tactful with residents, staff, family members and visitors.

A vital and important part of the team, you will oversee health care tasks, personal hygiene services, housekeeping tasks and other related support services essential to the resident's health, happiness & wellbeing.

What We're looking for:

  • Current Home Health Aide (HHA) Certificate in the state of New York

  • Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
  • Prior experience working as an HHA; prior experience working in a nursing home or assisted living facility a plus

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Someone who likes to be part of a team; contributes as an active team member; helps out the team as needed
