Overview:

The Boutique Selling Supervisor will be responsible for driving sales through exceptional client service, leading by example on the sales floor, and supporting the store management team in all aspects of store operations. The Selling Supervisor will play a critical role in coaching and developing team members to deliver a world-class experience aligned with the brand’s standards.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive personal sales and exceed KPIs through a genuine passion for luxury fashion and client engagement.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of luxury products and trends to educate and inspire both customers and team members.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with VIP and loyal clients through clienteling strategies.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate sales associates to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance team performance and customer service standards.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and continuous development of team members.
  • Ensure the store operates efficiently by overseeing daily operations, including stock management and loss prevention.
  • Uphold brand visual and merchandising standards to enhance the store’s appeal.
  • Analyze sales reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and luxury retail best practices.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of luxury products, market trends, and high-end customer service expectations.
  • Software: Proficiency in POS systems and CRM tools.
  • Attributes: Passion for luxury retail, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule:

  • Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and early/late shifts as needed.

 

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in retail management or related role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Experience in retail, luxury retail or service-oriented organization preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

 

Salary Range: $22-$23 per hour
