JP Logistics & Consulting LLC (JPLC) is looking for a full-time Material Coordinator to support Picatinny Arsenal, LRC Maintenance, Supply, and Transportation services that support the installation’s mission. 


Location / Place of Performance: Picatinny, NJ 



Start Date: August 30, 2026 



Salary: $29.78 per hour



Hours of Operation: The core hours for the LRC are 0700-1530 Monday-Friday/ except federal holidays. May be required to work outside of core hours as required. 



The Material Coordinator has the responsibility to manage all project activities, action items, and general function of the project.


Duties:

  • Material Coordinators perform all logistics coordination duties, which include performing data entry in DPAS, planning, and orchestrating movements of equipment and personnel to and from various locations, warehouses, disposal services, lease facilities, and performing warehouse logistics tasks, such as inventory, issuing, transferring, and turn-in activities. 
  • Responds and provides customer support to customer service requests.
  • Provides support in the set-up and breakdown of system and executive furniture as detailed by the respective agency.  


Minimum Qualification Requirements:

  • Minimum five (5) years of industry experience in logistics/warehouse.
  • Management of at least one (1) project of similar complexity of work stated in the PWS.


Education:

  • High School Diploma


 Other requirement(s):

  • Valid driver’s license from a state of the United States.
  • Active Material Handling Equipment (MHE) certified.
  • Active OSHA certified.
  • Active Forklift certified.
  • Obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC).
