JP Logistics & Consulting LLC (JPLC) is looking for a full-time Project Manager to support Picatinny Arsenal, LRC Maintenance, Supply, and Transportation services that support the installation’s mission.


Salary: Commensurate with experience


Start Date: Aug 30, 2026


Place of Performance: Picatinny Arsenal, NJ


Hours of Operation: The core hours for the LRC are 0700-1530 Monday-Friday/ except federal holidays. May be required to work outside of core hours as required.


Duties and Responsibilities:

The Project Manager (PM) is directly responsible for all aspects of the effort and shall have autonomy from the corporate headquarters to execute the effort unimpeded by corporate management. Therefore, the PM must be highly qualified with general supervisory experience, supply management experience, and transportation experience directly applicable to this effort.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Must have comprehensive knowledge of Army regs related to the daily operation of an LRC.
  • Must have general knowledge of the logistics info systems that pertain to the areas within the PWS.
  • Must possess in-depth knowledge of supply program relationships, concepts, and methodologies pertaining to supply/property book accountability and supply areas of logistics operations.
  • Must understand ISO and quality system program-level functions.
  • Must possess in-depth knowledge of supply program relationships, concepts, and methodologies pertaining to supply/property book accountability and supply areas of logistics operations.
  • Must have experience with financial management and knowledge of Army Logistics Information Systems.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree required from an accredited College or University in a related field.
  • Must have a minimum of fifteen (15) years of management experience in Army Logistics and Operations.
  • Must have and maintain a secret security clearance
