•            Analyze technical problems related to software, electronics, and integrated system performance, and provide recommendations for resolution.
•            Provide expertise to resolve complex issues experienced in the field and ensure the CIWS system operates optimally.
•            Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Government personnel, OEM partners, production teams, and sustainment organizations.
•            Support technical meetings, design reviews, program discussions, and other engineering coordination activities.
•            Apply deep CIWS program knowledge to support system-level analysis and resolution of challenging engineering issues.

•            Experience supporting design improvements, maintenance planning, and obsolescence management.
•            Experience assisting with development of test requirements, updates to test plans, and analysis of software and electronics-related issues.
•            Strong understanding of integrated systems, technical documentation, and field support considerations.
•            Proven ability to work effectively with Government and OEM stakeholders.
•            Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Desired:
•            Prior experience supporting fielded weapons systems or other complex defense platforms.
•            Familiarity with systems integration, verification and validation, and lifecycle sustainment activities.
