Description:

Birch Agency is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to serve middle and high school students in a therapeutic day school setting for the upcoming 20252026 school year. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a direct impact in a structured, supportive environment designed for students with social-emotional, behavioral, and learning challenges.

Position Summary:
The Special Education Teacher will deliver individualized instruction, support emotional and behavioral growth, and collaborate with a team of professionals to foster academic and personal success for students in a therapeutic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide instruction aligned with IEP goals in small group and 1:1 settings

  • Collaborate with school social workers, therapists, and support staff

Qualifications:
