What You'll Do

Assist doctors during a variety of dental procedures using four-handed dentistry
Capture digital radiographs and clinical records
Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
Sterilize instruments and ensure compliance with OSHA and infection control protocols
Document patient information and clinical notes accurately
Support an exceptional patient experience from check-in through treatment completion
Collaborate with doctors, hygienists, and administrative team members to keep the schedule running smoothly

What We're Looking For

Previous dental assisting experience preferred
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
Experience with digital dentistry and dental software preferred
Knowledge of restorative, endodontic, periodontal, and oral surgery procedures is a plus
