We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer and Machinist to join our team. This role involves programming, setup, and operation of CNC and manual machining equipment to produce high-quality components according to specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Program and set up CNC milling machines using G-CODE, either at the machine or through Mastercam.
- Work with Haas and Mazak machines.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date programs on the server, including backups.
- Provide detailed feedback to correct errors or discrepancies in documentation, BOMs, routings, and prints.
- Manufacture components based on routing, work orders, verbal/written instructions, and technical drawings.
- Operate a variety of machining equipment (lathe, mill, drill), both manual and CNC.
- Determine sequence of setups and operations within standard methods and procedures.
- Perform self-inspection and testing of parts upon job completion.
- Adhere to safety-sensitive requirements, including random drug testing.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience with CNC and manual machining equipment.
- Proficiency in G-CODE programming and familiarity with CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks).
- Ability to read and interpret detailed prints/drawings and perform shop math (decimals and fractions).
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
